Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to control how your personal information is processed. Use the forms below to exercise your rights. Each form generates a pre-filled email to our Information Officer.

Form 1 — Objection to Processing
Section 11(3) of POPIA gives you the right to object to the processing of your personal information on reasonable grounds relating to your particular situation, unless legislation provides for such processing.
When to use this form: If you want PeakRank Digital to stop processing your personal information for purposes other than direct marketing (for direct marketing objections, you can also use this form or simply click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email).
